How I work
I adopt an ethical, evidence-based approach, tailored to suit your needs and build on your strengths.
Hypnotherapy is an approach to therapy that uses self-hypnosis to facilitate focus and relaxation, which can induce clarity, understanding, and movement where you may have felt stuck.

About Me
A practice shaped by personal experience as well as professional training.
I have discovered the transformative power of hypnotherapy during a career break after a decade in Marketing. While conventional therapy helped to a point, hypnosis helped in a deeper and quicker way.
That experience informs the tone of the practice now: warm but structured, solution-focused, and interested in real change rather than vague uplifts.
How hypnosis works
No mind control. No going “under.” Just focused therapeutic work.
All hypnosis is self-hypnosis and no one can make you do anything you do not want to do. You remain aware of the session, and suggestions only work if they feel right to you.
Many people are a good fit for hypnotherapy when they are open to experimenting with new ways of thinking and behaving, and when they want time and space with an experienced listener who can help them feel calm while exploring their options.
